Notifications and Survey
Besides email messages, users can be notified by messages sent to their consoles. Notification events can be configured by the system administrator.

In the Message area the user can send messages to the administrator
Customer satisfaction survey
Once the issue is solved, a customer satisfaction survey will be sent. Rate the service, include comments and save.
