What is the Global-Skyserver version?

A powerful solution for providing support to remote users that connect through the Internet using connections independent of the LAN corporate networks. Through the Global–Skyserver version, users stay connected to the Discovery Management System to get remote support and all the services of remote assistance and inventories.


How does the connection work?

Discovery provides the connection between consoles and agents through a Skyserver server that is visible on the Internet. This allows the connection between your company and its mobile users or those that connect to the Internet through other LAN or WAN networks from any part of the world.
